Owner was always in good mood to help everything, breakfast excelent, and if you can to depart early (5am) you can take your breakfast at that time.

Lovely place perfect for our trip to Torres del Paine! The hotel owner is super helpful and allowed us to store our bags with them during our W trek as long as we booked the day before and the day after with them. The location is great, walking distance to the main areas and we walked to get food and groceries. We thought it was super clean even with shared bathrooms and the breakfast is simple but its perfect, they provide everything you need (panini maker, coffee, microwave, fridge...anything!). Lastly, the owner will call you a taxi to get to and from the bus station (5 min drive) and there is reliable uber as well. Definitely recommend.

Great views, interior is exceptionally well designed. Carlos’s, our host, was extremely helpful. Breakfast was delicious and rooms were very clean with comfortable beds. Highly recommend and would stay again, a highlight of our trip.

I liked everything about this hotel. It is excellently located, very comfortable, clean, neat, tidy and quiet. Simple but with everything someone needs. The room was spacious enough, as well as the bathroom. The heaters worked perfectly, both the bedroom and bathroom had widows to open for fresh air. The staff was very helpful with everything that I needed or asked, always available. There is a phone in the room if you need to contact reception which I found extremely convenient. The breakfast was much better than I expected, with variety every morning. I loved that they offered a daily cleaning service (which I turned down because I want to spare an effort to cleaners) but it's nice to know that you have this option too.

Excellent place, quiet room, very good shower, the host was very kind, close to the bus terminal and city center, good breakfast. I had 1 night before Torres and 1 night after Torres and I could leave my motzila there for free

Werner the host was amazingly helpful during our stay and helped us book tours in Torres del Paine which made our stay that much easier. The breakfast was lovely too really fresh and made in time for our tours which was very accommodating. thank you so much!

Patrizia and Rinaldo are the best hosts. They are helpful and kind and generous. The room is so beautiful and cozy, with gorgeous views of the mountains. The location is a little bit out of the commercial centre, and we needed to take taxis to and from (10 min), but this was fine for us. Take care to note the check-in times, or ensure you are in communication with Patrizia so they know when you're arriving!
