Hôtel confortable, très bien situé en pleine nature. Très belle chambre avec un grand balcon donnant sur la piscine. Celle-ci à température optimum est un plus appréciable. Personnel très agréable notamment la dame qui fait le service.

The Parison Plantation Experience is a fantastic place to getaway from India's busy cities and enjoy a relaxed and scenic stay in the Keralan countryside. The hotel manager, Benoi, was a brilliant host and the food at the resort was incredible. One evening it was just myself and my wife staying at the resort so the staff asked us if we had any special food requests and the chef prepared some speciality dishes for us to try, which included using fresh produce from within the tea plantation. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Exceptional experience at Fern Tree Resort in Wayanad! The accommodation was excellent with immaculately clean rooms and high-quality finishings. The delicious breakfast was a definite highlight. We reached the resort on our own (self-driven), a little behind schedule. We were greeted by the GM (Mr. Ratheesh Nair). They were expecting us. The check-in procedure was a breeze and was expedited by the Front Office Manager (Ms. Shalini). The staff was very helpful and went out of their way to be of assistance. Room: The room was well appointed and the airconditioning, linen, toiletries, and mini-bar were well equipped. F&B: The buffet meals were well placed. However, the menu was the typical "pan-Indian" one. We were looking for typical Kerala cuisine, so we restricted ourselves to "a la carte". the staff gave us good advice on what combinations, and portions to order, and to put it in one word the food was "outstanding". Activities: Mr. Ratheesh and Ms. Shalini gave us good advice regarding the timings and what trips to take and that came in very handy in deciding the trips to take. Housekeeping: The housekeeping was efficient and the rooms were kept nice, clean, and well-equipped. Indoor Activities: The pool table, badminton court, and board games were maintained very well.

Le resort est super jolie ! En pleine nature, les lodges sont très confortables et charmants. La piscine est très agréable. Le personnel était super gentil. La nourriture était vraiment bonne aussi. Le propriétaire nous a même organisé des activités (coracle, night safari, dinner…)
