The room was noisy, first with the Water Forum which we understand was beyond your control. However it should be mentioned that the Forum was breaking down display stands 2 nights in a row right through the night. Up until 10/11pm would have been ok. Our upstairs neighbour kept moving furniture around, often late at night. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. Being close to Kuta was great. We loved the coffee guy not far from the hotel. The staff are lovely and friendly.

The pools are not that well managed. We often did not know where we could sit. Staff need to gauge if people have left (and just left their towels behind) in order to turn the loungers over for other guests.

The beds were super comfy and the staff were very friendly and the pool was perfect! The restaurant which was part of the hotel was great, live music every night and a full on grill. Also large choice of alcohol (finally got a bottle of wine!). They were also very helpful with the transfer to the port (we were leaving and they got us a transport in less than 10 minutes for free). Absolutely loved it would definitely stay again!

EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS WAS AMAZING! Location rooms pool facilities everything was so spot on! ABSOLUTELY breathtaking villa! Staff management was there with wine had our fridge stocked with cold drinks ice in glasses freshly cut watermelon 🍉 just honestly went above and beyond!

Simple, no-frills accommodation. Provided water bottles which came in handy. Further into the street so it is quite quiet. Easy access to the beach. A lot of good food options nearby.

The room design is a strange one. Toilet has no doors hence if you are this that sleep with some lights on, it’s quite irritating bright since there is no door. Water shower is the biggest problem as it’s a problem that persist for a long time. Water pressure is low and water goes hot and cold.
