Great staff in a simple yet efficient hotel. I think they hit the price/quality compromise perfectly. The breakfast restaurant had a fabulous view over the bay. The hotel itself is just a ten minute (up hill) walk to the main street, we comfortably walked to the Grand Bazaar, Hagi Sofia and Blue Mosques, but if you want to take a tram then the stop was immediately at the main street when you arrive there giving you quick and easy access to the Mosques, Galata bridge, ferries and all on the new side of the city.

The location wont be for all, in what they call a working district, you could happily call it 'authentic' though and it felt very safe.

The best part of the property is Location and good breakfast. The services are actually pathetic. Reception is the worst. You keep asking them for help. It falls on deaf ears. This place is only getting full is due to its location and brand. Service sucks

Staff was most helpful greeted with a smile, allowed us to check in early. Breakfast had a huge choice and the view from the breakfast room was amazing

The pool was great and a highlight. In general, the staff were very nice. The breakfast was decent.

We were multiple times interrupted in the middle of the day by the staff members coming to clean, even after having a sign on the door and calling them not to come in. It was a huge invasion of privacy and made us both feel unsafe and uncomfortable in our accommodation. The towels we were given were cheap and would leave fluff on us that we had to brush off each other every time we showered.

The room itself was comfortable and quiet, equipped with a jacuzzi and a decent smart TV.

The breakfast was cheap and disappointing, it lacked the traditional turkish dishes I expected. Instead they served cheap cereals and stale pastry products with some overcooked eggs and wet sausages. Sometimes it even was a struggle to find a place at the restaurant where cuttleries were available at the table. If we wanted to have a nice breakfast, we had to visit one of the many great places located in the neighbourhood. Most of the staff doesn't speak english, so if you need any, getting help is difficult. The property was advertised with a rooftop pool and bar, both of which were closed during our staying without prior notice. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone, you can find better places for less money.
