Nothing! Showing 4 * hotel but very much less, from location to quality of building, room and equipments. Rooms are old fashioned and partially cleaned but only the visible signs! Front desk during check out useless. Booked with BF and being told I do not have access to BF doing back and forth between reception and what was more looking a cantine than a proper dining area!

The shuttle bus looks more like transporting things than providing a performing services to travelers guests . Very unprofessional for the morning schedule of 0730, inappropriate attitude from the driver, and not handy at all! . Misinformation from both booking and the hotel on payment methods, where all payments were made accepting at the reception they informed not taking cash currency !!!!! Hence they charge the credit card for the deposit then only refund within 5 days as per the information provided. Totally unacceptable as deposit must be ONLY blocked for the duration of the stay and released at the check out !!!!

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom clean and shower was great. Pool was a nice temperature and there were a good amount of sun loungers. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff in the morning at check out was very helpful. We mentioned two problems at check out (very sticky and dirty floors in our room and metal parts sticking out of the side of both beds, located in a place where we all hurts ourselves). Of course we could have mentioned it earlier, but we didn't realize how bad it was until we got all settled in and were ready for bed. Staff at check out made a report about it and promised it would be looked at shortly. Also promised to get back me about it, but so far (our stay was 3 weeks ago) haven't heard from anyone.

ROOM 119!! This room should never be used!!! It is directly next to breakfast food, ice maker, waffle maker, food tables for customers and lobby check in desk. I literally placed my coffee cup at the end if the food countertop so I could open the door to my room. 35 years as an airline employee and I have never seen a room like this. I opened the door to get coffee and several guests thought I was kitchen staff. But wait.....it gets worse! Side door to the parking lot is also next to this room and the window has a spotlight that highlights the Wyndham sign and the entire room. We checked in at 12;30 AM and left at 8 AM. We couldn't stand the noise any longer!
