Everything was great. Thank a lot to a great host :) She gave us some very good tips and was always there for any help that we needed. Apartment is very clean and has a very nice view from balcony that we used every day for a breakfast. Beach is also near. I recommend everybody this accomodation.

A lovely fishing village on the Ionion Sea with an impressive choice of restaurants, all with sea views - some on the shoreside itself. Narrow roads but plenty of parking in the village centre. The beaches on this side of the island are not as impressive as those on the west (Aegean Sea), but they are absolutely fine for simple bathing and safe for families with young children. The Boukari Beach Seafood Taverna and the Kalami Beach Taverna are both worthy of praise for their food and friendly welcome. A great spot for two or three nights at either end of your holiday in Corfu.

The village of Boukari is about 40 minutes drive south of the town of Corfu. It is a quiet and still authentic place on the southeast coast that has not been invaded by tourists (yet and particularly in April). There are few hotels and a few restaurants directly on the water. I particularly recommend the Kalami Beach and the Boukari Beach Fish Taverna. Aristea and her mother Anna were so helpful and welcoming. A place to relax and enjoy the sea and nearby villages, which was what we wanted when coming to Corfu. During our trip we stayed in 3 different accommodations across Corfu and this was our favorite by far even though the others were lovely as well. The place is easy to find we rented a scooter at the airport it took us about 40 mins to get to the apartment amazing road next to the beach! The room is perfect and in the kitchen you have everything you need for a longer stay! Room were cleaned even after a might stay! We got all recommendations where to eat where to go! We went to eat every night to Akrogiali fish taverna! The view was spectacular! 10/10 for sure we will be back soon!

Lots of interesting walks along the beach road and up into the hills behind with beautiful olive groves. The food was excellent and good value, with a good evening meal menu. Also some other interesting tavernas within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is a direct bus connection from the Corfu city 3 times a day, but the bus finds it very difficult to run on time due to a very narrow road (the bus cannot pass other vehicles on the road...)
