We did not eat at this location! When we first entered our room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of marijuana! The microwave errored the first time we used it. After struggling to get it unplugged and replugged in, it began to work. The bathtub had a stain ring around it. We spent one night and decided we could not spend another night there. We made arrangements at another location and checked out. I let the front attendant know our complaints and she verbally apologized. We still had 2 more days we were supposed to stay. She said that since we had made reservations through Booking.com, we would have to contact them for any refunds. I contacted Booking.com by phone and was told she would need to contact the hotel and verify, with them, the reason for leaving early. I was put on hold. A few minutes later the representative got back on the line and told me that the hotel was saying no complaints were ever made by me. I told the attendant that she had been had been lied to and I would just eat the 2 days owed me. I have chosen never utilize Booking.com for any further reservations.

I always hit up Casa Molina for a cheese crisp and salsa. The drive along the Catalina foothills is gorgeous. Make sure to visit DeGrazias gallery and Mission in the Sun

Everything was great about Tucson which surpassed my expectations. The stay at Westward look was even better than I thought it would be and more beautiful than the pictures online. My visits to Sabino Canyon and Catalina State Park were amazing as well as the beauty of Saguaro National Park. The food was wonderful and we dined in nice outdoor locations including the restaurant at Tohona Chul Gardens. This trip at 4-5 days was too short as there were many more parks and monuments that I wanted to see. Don't hesitate to plan a trip to Tucson outside the hotter months from October through April or even later. Have fun!!

If I get treated right, I will have a positive opinion. If I dont get my 100 cash back, that is another story then isn't it? Did you disclose the $100 cash deposit on your site? Did they let me leave knowing they still had my deposit? Probably so, huh?

Beautiful country.
Beautiful country. I enjoyed riding thru the mountains and desert on horses and side by sides! Hiking is also great. I took a hot air balloon ride over mountains and desert country and it was awesome! It was easy to drive around in this big city because the people are courteous. I visited a camera shop and needed them to ship something and they couldn't do it. But one of their customers said they could do it. So helped me out greatly! This town has great places to eat - I stayed at a Ramada with Guadalajara Mexican Grill beside it and the food was exceptional there. They even make your salsa right in front of you. The stay was great- just too short!
The property was downtown and close to the arena. Centrally located and the parking garage seemed secure and very convenient. It was unexpected but very much appreciated. Breakfast was really good but they could use a couple more waffle makers. Only two and the hotel seemed pretty full so there was a wait to make waffles. The room was clean and very comfortable but the hallways needed some attention. Overall this hotel was a pleasant stay for a weekend in Tucson. We would stay there again. We actually stayed two nights.
It was a once in my lifetime experience I’m happy I experienced. The historic decor and location are nice to experience at least once. Also there’s a spooky ambiance and a report of ghost activity which was exciting although no ghosts peeked in on us. The hotel is a bar or maybe a couple of bars. Location is ideal for walking downtown area and catch a show across the street at the historic Rialto theatre. All of the staff we came across were above and beyond helpful, friendly and welcoming.
The whole hotel is a unique experience! From the vintage vibes to the oatmeal bar to the curated art and exterior detailing, it felt very connected to Tucson. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable (extra large pillows for the win!), although it creaked a little. The staff were amazing, it felt like coming home to the coolest group of friends who wanted to get to know you too. Huge props to Norma and her staff for being rock stars! I'll definitely be back.
A hotel with a quirky motel ambiance. It hit all the right buttons has far as I was concerned - quiet (when I was there anyway), clean, heated, microwave, fridge, more TV channels than I could watch (once I figured out how to find them), morning coffee gratis, bar for evening drinks, interesting neighborhood for casual walks. Location is a 20-minute stroll - if that - from downtown.
The bar and the restaurant were both excellent for a motel. Locals mixed with guests in a relaxed atmosphere. Room was comfortable and spacious. The motel offers small portable record players and a range of old classic lp's. I played Some Linda Ronstadt, (Tuscon Royalty) in a Tucson room. Pretty unique.
The hotel had everything ready for our group of 6 people with 4 rooms when we arrived, check-in took less than 5 minutes. Staff were very helpful and made you feel welcome, we will certainly book here when we are back in Tucson in September.
This hotel is in a location that requires a car to get to central. Rooms are large and quiet. Ladies at the desk were pleasant and stored our luggage when we checked in early. Hot bf buffet was nice but the coffee? They forgot the beans.
I was 6 nights at this hotel as I completed shopping before heading back to Mexico. The rooms have been updated and my room with two beds was very comfortable. I've stayed at this hotel before and I will again when I visit Tucson.
This property is sort of a cross between an Airbnb and a bed & breakfast minus the breakfast. The rooms are themed, stayed in the Persian room. The hotel is walking distance to downtown Tucson
Room was o.k. Bed was not up to standard. Furniture was very outdated. Not much else to say about our stay except to say that we would not recommend Thais hotel to anyone.
Good hotel with all the necessary facilities. Free breakfast included which is always a plus. Around 10-15 mins drive to downtown where all the restaurants are.
This is a typical airport hotel--was able to walk to and from airport which was great. The front desk and breakfast bar staff are really nice and friendly.
This is an older hotel located close to the airport and as such seemed a little 'tired', but it was perfectly adequate for our needs and we slept well.
