Well and central located in the "Swarzwald". A nice little city with all the basic shops. Good location for a hiking holiday as well as citytrips to Freiburg and even SchaffHausen in Switserland.

The view of the valley below and the forest surrounding was much prettier than shown. We enjoyed just relaxing on the terrace to soak it all in. Besides the pools and other activities offered at the hotel, there are also hiking trails immediately available. The meals were outstanding! The food in the restaurant was very good, they even customised it as per our need. The hotel is very children friendly with a big playground outside. There are toys and books for small children in the restaurant as well so our kids were happy to finish their meal and wanted to go and play. Titisee is just 15 minutes drive from hotel. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel and room was very clean and managed by very kind people. All the staffs were very friendly giving a feel of being home. We travelled to Titissee for a day trip with kids and end up staying there to avoid night travel back to Swiss and it was the nicest thing in our trip to stay back.
