The location was well situated near the motorway but not so close that noise pollution invaded the room and created difficulty sleeping or any other discomfort. Only a short walk to Basingstoke town centre for breakfast, lunch and dinner and also to have a look around the town and shopping centre. The room was larger than expected, very modern, nicely decorated and clean. The bar area on the ground floor was well decorated, clean, the staff were really nice and helpful and the whole hotel had a really nice atmosphere.

Been here before and loved just as much as the first time. For a whole annexe the price is amazing. The areas lovely, all that you’ll need for a night away. The roof top is great, bed is comfortable. There was a very small problem with the booking in, but the hosts were great and even popped a bottle of wine into the fridge. Overall me and my wife thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Many thanks.
