This family-run hotel offers a very central location in a quiet street in the heart of Vienna, just a 10-minute walk away from Saint Stephen’s Cathedral. Great location, at the edge of the busy part of the city - walking distance to everything you'd want to see, yet in a quiet street. The receptionists were all so kind and helpful. Special mention for Hamed who made extra efforts to accommodate a very unusual ask I had! :) Warm ambiance in the rooms, very comfortable mattresses and pillows, nice toiletries. Pleasant and cute common areas, an open self-service corner with a selection of tea and candy next to the reception. Last but not least: kudos to the hygiene staff for the impeccable cleanliness! All in all, Das Tigra is a great accommodation choice for a few days of exploring Vienna, highly recommended!

The staff was polite and helpful and the breakfast was great.

Matatagpuan ang Hotel Kaiserin Elisabeth sa gitna ng Vienna, may ilang hakbang lamang ang layo mula sa pinakatanyag na lugar sa Vienna, ang St. Stephen's Cathedral. We loved our stay! Perfect location, our room was very spacious and comfortable. Very elegantly decorated, very clean. We had windows facing the street so we could hear the street sounds which were pleasant and not noisy. When we wanted to sleep we closed the double sound proof windows and it was completely silent. The bathroom was super comfortable. The bed was huge and comfortable. I would definitely recommend and come back here!

Vienna's oldest hotel is located directly in the city centre, only 50 metres away from Saint Stephen's Cathedral and in the immediate vicinity of many other sights. We arrived earlier than check-in time. The reception manager was very kind and gave us the room around 12:00 o clock - which was 2 hours earlier than usual. I was travelling with my daughter and in a few days she had her birthday. When the manager was aware of that, he made a very kind surprise to us which was highly appreciated. We received an upgraded room :-) which was really wonderful. Thank you very much again for your kindness Mr. Sayed El Goukhi :-)
