The stay was amazing! The hotel staff is super friendly, and the accommodations/facilities are very clean and great, not to mention the amazing view. The rooftop bar and the spa are also excellent! The breakfast had many options, and everything was fresh and delicious. Very happy with the time I spent at this hotel.

La struttura è forse un po' datata, ma molto curata, pulita e confortevole. La struttura è in ottima posizione, in un quartiere molto elegante e curato, con un sacco di locali e ristoranti raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. E poi c'è il bidet... Dopo 2 settimane in giro per l'America Latina, arrivare in hotel e trovare il bidet è stata l'esperienza più meravigliosa del viaggio!

Renaissance Santiago Hotel offers a seasonal outdoor pool and free WiFi in Santiago. Parque Arauco shopping centre is just 700 metres from the hotel. We enjoyed 2 nights at this lovely hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They organized an excellent private tour of the city with Herbert, who is so knowledgeable. We had one breakfast at the hotel and it was amazing. So much variety and good food to choose from. Altogether a great time in Santiago.
