Modern interiors, amenities and fixtures. Huge, beautiful rooms. The mall across it is well connected to the rest of Shanghai metro and is near to a hip neighborhood. Wonderful, proactive staff. Very well thought-out guest experience which elevated our stay. They have a pillow menu <3. Aside from the air-conditioning, it's very quiet in the rooms. Frankly, this exceeded our expectations which will be hard to match in my future stays.

My stay overdelivered. The facilities are great, the breakfast as well. My room was on the 24th floor and the view was amazing.
