From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Without a doubt, reserve your stay in palmas de alba boutique!!! I promise you you’ll have the best experience and when you arrive ask for Daniela, Melanie and Jorge!

Firstly, this hotel is fantastically located, right in the heart of the old city. This was a huge bonus. The property itself is really quaint with a beautiful pool area and a nice breakfast terrace on the 5th floor. The staff were so accommodating and went out of their way to try help us. For e.g., our conference started really early and we were going to miss breakfast so the kitchen staff packed us some sandwiches and fruit to take with. This was really thoughtful. The wifi was great, the room was neat and clean with everything we needed. Would stay here again with no hesitation.

Hotel 3 Banderas is in Cartagena's city centre and offers a waterfall garden, 2 spacious patios, and a roof-top terrace overlooking Cartagena. It is just 3 blocks from the Caribbean Sea. Nice location with very friendly staff. We could do laundry and get back the clothes within the same day.

B Haus Hotel Boutique has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Cartagena de Indias. It is perfectly located in the center of the City but in the most quiet area. The facility is cleaned and the staff is amazing. The AC was cold and the bed super comfortable. Breakfast included!

Loved the staff, super warm and friendly, very welcoming and super helpful, made feel right at home, specially considering I was travelling alone. The breakfast that was included totally exceeded my expectations, had a big variety of options, all things were very delicious. The location is ideal, close to top shopping areas, restaurants and very safe to walk around. Made it super easy and comfortable to visit the city, and be able to quickly get back to refresh or rest in my room when needed. Overall great value for money!
