From when we arrived until we left. Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. A new amazing place in Cartagena, with a fantastic English speaking staff who were extremely helpful and friendly, the included breakfast in the onsite cafe was also great. The wifi was one of the fastest in Colombia and the shower was just amazing.
