All of the staff were so kind and helpful, as a solo traveller new to Berlin they were very helpful in suggesting places to shop and eat! and the hotel itself is absolutely stunning! Will definitely go back :) oh and the breakfast was amazing!

Summarazing the experience - good location, calming environment, very clean room, excellent breakfast, complimentary coffee/tea/fruits/sweets, fairy-tale'ish inner courtyard, silence.

Very nicely decorated, clean, amazing lobby. We loved the option of three different food options in the hotel. The food was quite good. The biggy up rooms were excellent. Best of all the staff was quite exceptional for Berlin.
