Our hosts were extremely friendly and helpful, which made our stay even better!

We stayed here on the last night of our 8 day Germany vacation. We had stayed closer to the town center on our first night in Germany and wanted somewhere different. This was perfect for us. We had arrived way before our check in time and went to the front desk to ask if it was okay to leave our car in the parking garage while we went sight seeing and to get our COVID test for our return back to the US. The front desk was very helpful and friendly. No issue with leaving the car since it was a public garage and they would validate our ticket in the morning when we left (11 Euros for 24 hours parking). They even checked to see if they had any rooms available to check into even though we were super early. They did and allowed us to check in and there was no extra fee. Our room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was very comfortable. Quiet room with a nice view of the Olympic Park tower. Breakfast was available the next morning for a fee, but we had to leave early to catch our flight. I cannot say enough about the staff and this exceptional hotel. Definitely recommend, great value for price.

L'Artist Residence Schwabing è uno spazioso appartamento situato a Monaco di Baviera, a 1,1 km dalla Vecchia e Nuova Pinacoteca e a 2 km dal Giardino Inglese. Great apartment with a great host! We fully enjoyed the host's kind explanation as well as tasty fruits. Neighbors were also gentle. If I grab another chance to visit Munich in the near future, I will choose this apartment again.

Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno durante un soggiorno di 3 notti (ma anche più). Letto comodo, doccia grande, vetrata luminosa con vista sull’esterno facilmente richiudibile la notte per non far entrare la luce. Cucina super attrezzata e comoda per preparare i pasti. Camera molto silenziosa. Un po’ lontano dal centro ma i mezzi pubblici sono molto affidabili e puntuali. Piccolo bar/pasticceria a due passi per una colazione veloce.
