Just 250 metres from Kamppi Metro Station, this stylish Helsinki hotel is set in a refurbished 1920s building. Guests have free, daily access to a relaxing sauna. Loved everything about Hotel Helka. The room was perfectly-sized and had everything I needed. I really appreciated the Alvar Aalto furniture and learning about the history of the building.The bathroom was well-equipped with great products. The sauna was always empty when I used it, so it was nice to feel like I had the sauna to myself. It's super close to the train station and to tram stops. The environment felt safe for a solo traveller. The breakfast was delicious with a mix of hot and cold options and was offered at a reasonable amount time perfect for both early birds and late risers. The hotel is perfect. I would stay there again and definitely recommend it to everyone.

The location is superb and the place is amazing. It does feel like home. Wifi is fast. I highly recommend this place as this has all you need. The hosts (him and his brother) are very lovely and wonderful host. They provide high quality of service even before the dates of stay. The host provided us a very detailed instruction on how to get to the place from the airport and whats the best and cheapest way to take. *super host*
