This boutique hotel is just 50 metres from Borriglione Tram Stop, which offers direct access to Place Masséna and the beach. You can browse the free Wi-Fi or relax in the flowery garden. The host is incredibly kind and helpful. The room was clean and big. Television was working. We also had a balcon which was clean, so we could use it. Every day there is room cleaning. We could order breakfast for each day (this is optional). The neighbourhood is clean and calm. Tram station is 1 min walk from the hotel (airport is 45 minutes by trams). I reccommend this hotel! Oh, and the host has a lovely cat :)

A recently renovated property, Sunshine Getaway - Stylish Studio in the Heart of Nice is situated in Nice near Plage du Ruhl, Plage du Centenaire and Plage Beau Rivage. Beautifully decorated studio, very clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the hostess kindness and that they provided Bio bath products for the bathroom.

My husband, toddler, and I had a wonderful stay at this cozy 2-bedroom apartment in Nice. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to city attractions and local markets. The apartment's ambiance was warm and inviting, with tasteful decor and garden view from the kitchen. The owner was attentive and provided all necessary support, even beyond our stay. Located in Nice, 2.5 km from Plage du Ruhl and 2.6 km from Plage Lido, Best studio with AC - 15 min beach - 5 min bars provides air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The location was great and the host was super responsive and friendly. Also, the apartment was one of the cleanest I have ever stayed at. I would definitely stay at this place again if I ever come back to Nice! There was a tram station just outside the apartment and I also loved the balcony. And by the way: the sofa bed was super comfortable!

Ideally located in the Liberation district of Nice, Appartement Liberation - Happy Rentals is located 2 km from Plage du Centenaire, 2 km from Plage Lido and less than 1 km from Nice-Ville Train... I did like the size of the apartment, it was maintained very well and it had every accessories what's necessary for a pleasant stay. The facility felt very safe, the garage was great and safe. It had a huge balcony for late-night meetings. 😊
