The room, the hotel and the staff were all great, the festivity and Christmas markets around the hotel were just amazing. From the hotel to the customer team service, biggest praises. Front desk manager Željka was nice and helpful, great service from bell boys, Marijo at the restaurant provided great service and everyone I got in contact with was amazing. Hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. Rooms are specious, with modern decor and calming ambiance. Curtains are automatic , bed is big and comfortable. Location is perfect, 10 m from the main square and from there on, many important locations are walking distance.

Situated between the main pedestrian street and Zagreb's old town close to Ban Jelacic Square, this hotel was refurbished in 2011. Founded in 1827, Hotel Jagerhorn is the city's oldest standing hotel.... It is a great hotel in the city centre. The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very near to the shopping area and old town. The breakfast was good.

Our room was large enough. Breakfast is good. Location is OK, in a very quiet neighborhood, nevertheless in walking distance to the historical center. Free parking, plenty of parking places. Also enough place to stop in front of the lobby for 10 minutes.
