Especially staff’s hospitality, welcoming and caring atmosphere from arrival to departure. Best milk coffee I had in Zagreb. Surprisingly reasonable price for their quality of service and accommodation. Beautiful historical building used to be a bank. I would love to come back again.

The staff are awesome and very helpful, they assisted me with booking a bus trip to the Plitvice Lakes National Park.
