Sadaf would always send out desert & hospitality to your room. She always makes sure you are having good time.I would definitely come back for my next trip.

First the location is great, in a lively neighborhood next to Sishane metro station and the tunnel station (perfect to go up to come back to the hotel after a walk on the other side of the Bosphorus) The welcome from Ali, late in the evening was amazing. He was super professional and firendly. One of the best welcome we ever had. The room was clean and spacious enough to feel good. The roof top is amazing and great for a drink or a lunch/dinner. The staff in the evening, especially Murat, were so friendly and professional too. Thank you! Thanks also to Burak who is also very friendly. We will stay again at Ruz Hotels at our next trip in Istanbul, no doubt!

The staff was really nice and super helpful and the hotel was clean and nicely decorated. The room was spacious although the bathroom was small it was perfect for 1 person. I got a room with a small balcony it was really pleasant.
