The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area. The location of the apartment hotel was also perfect. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful and restful stay. The combination of excellent customer service, beautiful suites, and a great location make it the perfect choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I booked this hotel not knowing what to expect as it's only my second time going to Istanbul but the hotel beat all my expectations. The price was reasonable and the location was perfect. 2 minute walk to the nearest metro and very close to places to eat and supermarkets. I stayed at the hotel for 17 nights and they upgraded me due to the duration of my stay which was a very nice touch, unfortunately I didn't get the name of the staff doing the upgrade but I'd really like to pass my thanks onto him. The hotel also has a very nice gym which has modern equipment. Above all the positives the main positive about this hotel is the staff. They were so welcoming from day one, especially Urhan, Farhan and Enes. On the first day I needed to get a metro card and also exchange some money and Farhan showed me where to get everything done from which helped me a lot. Urhan was very welcoming whenever I entered and left the hotel and Enes had very good customer service even helping me with my luggage down the road when I was leaving the hotel. Overall a hotel in a perfect location which is truly complimented by it's excellent staff. I will definitely be coming back again soon :)

Boasting a bar and a terrace, DeCamondo Galata, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel is set in Istanbul, 0.2 km from Galata Tower and 1.6 km from Spice Bazaar. Wow, the location was fantastic. It allowed us to see a lot of things as almost everything is walking distance. The staff were superb, great at every level. It is more then recommended as you can see almost everything in a short time. The rooftop is a great addition and parking for free in Istanbul is a bonus.

I was fortunate to be upgraded to a larger room, a gesture of kindness from the owners that truly enhanced my overall experience. The room was not only spacious but also remarkably quiet and incredibly comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend Doruk to anyone planning to visit Istanbul. The owners go above and beyond to ensure your satisfaction, not just with the hotel service but also with your entire visit to this beautiful city. Location is very central and the staff was very friendly and helpfull especially Muzaffer and Athan gave a nice service every morning at breakfast.
