I had a wonderful experience! The location was peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the breathtaking view of the lake from the room window. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered breakfast to my room and it was great to enjoy some food with the stunning view.

Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

Featuring stunning views from every area of the hotel, this landmark building of stainless steel and tinted glass stands 92-stories above the Loop and North Michigan Avenue along the Chicago River. Service was great! When we checked in their offered options in upgrade immediately and was so happy we took it! The restaurant has the most beautiful view!! Perfect location - near shops and restaurants! Loved the suite/ had its own kitchenette, huge living room and dining room… room service was so good too!

Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago is well located in the centre of Chicago, and provides a fitness centre and free WiFi. The location in the city was great for us - a good walk to the venues we had to attend and ideal for accessing River North restaurants. The room was spacious, the view from the windows and balcony were epic and the facilities were adequate for our requirements

Welcoming staff, beautiful and well-appointed rooms, and a prime location if you want to get to the river quickly. The view in the lobby is stunning, and I could have spent hours just exploring the unique art on every floor. The Langham delivers what it promises: luxury.
