Sable er staðsett í Chicago, í innan við 1 km fjarlægð frá Ohio Street-ströndinni. I had a wonderful experience! The location was peaceful and quiet. I especially loved the breathtaking view of the lake from the room window. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I ordered breakfast to my room and it was great to enjoy some food with the stunning view.

Spotless and comfortable, with champagne and chocolates accompanied by a thoughtful note congratulating us on our 5 year anniversary. We spent nearly all mornings at the hotel's chic restaurant, Somerset, where the service and dishes were simply amazing. We would like to sincerely thank all of the staff for their warm welcome and excellent service throughout, especially Gabriel, Camille, and ofcourse Alison! 10/10 Highly, highly recommended!

Service was great! When we checked in their offered options in upgrade immediately and was so happy we took it! The restaurant has the most beautiful view!! Perfect location - near shops and restaurants! Loved the suite/ had its own kitchenette, huge living room and dining room… room service was so good too!
