The room was comfortable, the staff attentive, and the overall experience enhanced my exploration of Hanoi's rich cultural heritage.

I am travelling with two friends who are a couple. I told the staff that i'd pay some extra if they prepare their room as seen on the pictures. They did id really well, there were even two glasses of red wine on the bed. My room was the same but without any decoration (I told them that it's not needed as I'm alone). The bathtub/whirlpool is really nice 😊 There are quite a lot of different possibilities for the lightning, and they are "warm" lights (not bad quality, way too bright LED like in many other places). @Staff / Owner: you should put another picture of the bathtub on Booking. When i looked at the pictures before booking the two rooms, I wasn't entirely sure if there really is à whirlpool.

Incredible service from a warm and attentive staff. We stayed for two nights then traveled to Ninh Binh. After completing our cruise, we changed our itinerary to return to this wonderful hotel. A truly welcoming, impeccably clean hotel.
