The staff-even the night security guard was so incredibly friendly and accommodating. We had messed up our booking and accidentally booked the day after we needed the room. We got in after midnight and only security guard was there. He helped us get a room (even though it was our mistake)and was so friendly! We sat by the pool that night and the security guard turned on the pool lights and offered us a drink. The bed was SO soft and comfy, we fell asleep as soon as our head touched the pillows. The breakfast the morning after was tasty and fresh. The pool although small had a beautiful waterfall and greenery. Would totally stay again!!

Came to Puerto Rico for work and wanted somewhere near the office, glad I made the choice for a 8 nights stay. Felt like staying at a friend's place. Hosts were kind, helpful and patient, even drove me to the supermarket on my first night here. Had great conversations and were helpful to recommend me places to go in the city. They stay here as well so always available for you. Rooms were comfortable but in a shared apartment so manage your expectations, but for its price point, no complaints. You get to use their washing machine, iron, fridge, microwave and kettle so perfect for a longer stay.
