They helped us with any problem that came up and were willing to keep our luggage and provided us with a transport to the airport.

The view from our little balcony in front of the room. -The food they serve is really great (best of all our stays during Quilotoa loop) - The staff is great: friendly and helpfull - they have a little shop selling all you need/want in front of the hostel, which is really convenient -The room is big and we had 2 beds which is great for us as tall people
