The hotel is very conveniently located and it is very close to the beach. The owner Selchuk is a great local guide. He informs you about all the attractions. The breakfast they serve is also very good. The rooms are very large too.

A few steps from Jambiani Beach, Olamanga Beach Villa is a recently renovated property situated in Jambiani and features air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. I love everything about the property, very close to the village where you can find supermarket, restaurants, and any other kind of tour that I was looking for. 1min walking to the beach , not packed beach and with very chilled vibes, perfect for couples and families. The rooms are beautiful and comfortables, details oriented. Pool just for us anytime we wanted , and the fact that they don’t do the cleaning everyday for the climate impact we found it very ecological and nice, something that we appreciate.

Situated in Paje, within 300 metres of Paje Beach and 18 km of Jozani Forest, Chokoro House features accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property as well as free... Lovely breakfast, helpfull and nice staff. Good location near to paje beach. Would recommend and would return if we will be back at zanzibar in the future.

Situated in Nungwi, within 500 metres of Supermarket and less than 1 km of East Africa Diving, MITI Beach Bungalows features accommodation with a garden and free WiFi throughout the property as well... This place is amazing, especially if you love privacy. The manager Phil is a really nice guy, always helpful with everything, I could say "the guy who solves your problems, while you are on vacation and enjoying the stay. Stuff are good, I would like to say thanks to one barman Juma. The bungalow is very cozy, and breakfast is served on the terrace. The ocean is a five minute walk. The best beach in the area! Near is the Coccobello bar with music and evening shows. P.S. Best Cockatil - Gin Tonic in MITI

Featuring a private beach area, garden and views of garden, Mama Root is located in Kizimkazi, a few steps from Kizimkazi Mkunguni Beach. Everything!!! ❤️ This holiday home is amazing in every way, every detail is so thoughtful and beautifully thought out. The food was all fresh and delicious and the staff extremely friendly and kind, they were at our disposal with everything we needed. Also Olivia arranged for us the best relaxation massage we have ever had. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Located in Nungwi, on the quieter north east coast of Zanzibar, Game Fish Lodge is situated along the beachfront and features an in-house restaurant, bar and a sun terrace. We have totally enjoyed our stay in Game Fish Lodge! Everything was perfect, including great breakfast and tuna for a dinnner! Silent place with comfortable rooms and seaview. Will stay here for sure in our next trip to Zanzibar!

Situated on a private sand beach overlooking the Indian Ocean, Zanzibar House in Matemwe features a swimming pool and bar. Scuba diving and snorkeling opportunities are also available. What an absolutely delightful place to call home for a few days! We were looking for a restful spot on a quiet beach after our safari and this was it. The building itself is fascinating….lots of history within, unique and quirky and has everything you need and more. Our rooms were comfy and clean and the balcony in each room overlooking the beach was great. Massi and Miria are the perfect host…there when you need them with answers to all your questions. All staff were so kind and friendly…restaurant staff with whom we interacted the most were the best. The daily breakfast had a perfect selection of continental and hot options. And a juice with fruit and avocado that I wish I could have bottled and brought back home. We ate all three dinners there and they were out of this world (I’m running out of superlatives to describe our stay!). With Massi’s obvious influence they were all traditional Italian. Four amazing courses each night and only $20 USD per person. Worth so much more. I wholeheartedly recommend Zanzibar House as a perfect place to stay for a beach break. Suggest taking the taxi service offered on their site as we chose not to and our cab driver had difficulty locating it. With the help of a kind local on a motorbike however, we did. Nashu House Stone Town, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Ngambo, 100 metres from Stone Town Beach, 1.2 km from Peace Memorial Museum, as well as 200 metres from Old Dispensary. The room was lovely and clean. The location was excellent, only a short walk away from everything you could need in stone town. It was even easy to walk a few minutes from the ferry port with our big suitcases. They were so helpful and let us keep our bags after checkout so we could grab lunch before heading off.
