The hotel was right in the shopping hub and restaurant area and close to the designer outlet mall. The rooms were very spacious and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was awesome and a lot of variety to chose from.

Hotel Dux is located alongside Roermond’s Roer River, around the corner from the Markt Square. It features an in-house restaurant and accommodation with bathrooms and a flat-screen TV. I liked absolutely everything about this hotel! Amazing hotel with really friendly and helpful staff. Location is excellent for the old town and the Roermond Outlet shopping centre. I booked the Exec room which was a great size with top quality furniture, a good size bath as well as a separate rain shower. The bed was huge and really comfortable and included in the price was a free mini bar. Great selection for breakfast with good quality coffee. I could not recommend this hotel more, i will definitely be returning for another visit.

Very interesting and stylish interior , room was very quiet and clear, very comfy bed, great breakfast, very welcoming staff.

Spectacular room design, an excellent bed, one of the best showers ever in a hotel room. Room was perfectly clean. The situation is great for visiting the city, the city center virtually a minute away. Warm welcome by the guys who manage the place. Nice breakfast, however no buffet. Having a parking (paid) adjacent to the hotel is practical.

I had a late arrival at the Jaegershoes and informed the host about that. Very friendly cooperation to accommodate my request and helpful by preparing the breakfast, earlier than usual. The beds were great too and the room was very clean. This was more than I expected and everything I could have wished!

Meerssen is een leuk dorpje maar vooral de hele omgeving is zeer de moeite waard. Bezoek zeker Luik en Maastricht. twee prachtige steden waar je bij beiden je prima een dag kan vermaken en heerlijk kunt eten. Verken Zuid Limburg per auto of op de fiets maar een mooie wandeling is ook zeker aan ter raden bijv. in Oud Valkenburg rondom Schaloen.

Valkenburg is a very touristy place, very suited to young families. Lots of restaurants, bars, souvenirshops and so on. The place has a few interesting historic sites, like a castle ruin, old medieval buildings and ofcourse the mining industry. If you keep that in mind it is a nice place to be. From Valkenburg it is easy to go for daytrips to Maastricht (use the train!), Aken, The Three Country Border in Vaals and Luik. The surrounding area, Southern Limburg, is just beautiful.

Stayed in Valkenburg a bit by chance -- we were visiting friends somewhere else. Nonetheless, it was a very nice surprise. Very interesting set of bars and cafes in the old town, all with their own decoration. Interesting castle ruins. Great base for visiting South Limburg, Maastricht or Aachen.

We had never been to Limburg and it is beautiful there! Check in was easy, and although there wasn't a wheelchair accessible room available, the room we had was fine. Since we were there for only 1 night, an accessible shower was not necessary. Had we stayed longer, the staff would have moved us when an accessible room became available.

Great place, close to train station. Hotel had lots of bikers training for race on April 15th. Limburg has hills. Great bus ride via de Bemmeler road back to Maastrict. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel. This time it was for my Birthday and we stayed with 2 couples. Again they didn't disappoint, this place is amazing! The hotel rooms are great, the main building amazing, nicely decorated and a good vibe, the gardens around the building invite you to walk around and enjoy the nature. Close to Maastricht as well, we took a taxi to out for some drinks in the evening, and it was only a 5 minute ride. I will be back again :)

Everything was nice. I really enjoyed the area around the property as you could walk to a neighboring castle hotel.

We chose the hotel because it’s convenient to visit Aachen from the Netherland, and continue to Belgium cities. It is idyllic in Spring time, with flowers blossom in the garden and birds chirping. Our luxury king room offered two great beds in different rooms with elegant furnishings. The spa tub in bathroom looks nice although we didn’t use it.

Comfortable rooms, staff available 100percent of the time, able to write through whatsapp to ask things and got replies immediately... there are croissants in the morning for hungry newcomers, and there is complementary wine every day between 5 and 6, I never saw this anywhere before. The location is just perfect, literally 30sec walking from Market Square with many lovely bars/cafes as well as changing market activities throughout the week.. I had an excellent stay here. Rooms were very clean and well kept,too.

Have stayed here several times, as always everything is great, cozy, clean and comfortable. Convenient that individual parking right next to the house. Especially cozy to sit by the wood fireplace on the first floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
