Due to flash flooding and storms we got stranded in Proserpine for 5 days with no accomodation. John and Julie at Reef Gardens Motel found us a room and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. They provided us with clean towels every day of our stay and nothing we asked was too much. They cleaned our room consistently and offered to drive us to the local supermarket so we could stock up on some food until the weather had cleared and the airport was back up and running. Thank you both for looking after the 3 of us during this tricky time!

Featuring an outdoor swimming pool, A & A Motel is situated on the Bruce Highway, just 2 minutes’ walk from Proserpine town centre. All rooms are air-conditioned and include free Wi-Fi. Close to airport and train station. We stayed here for our last night in Airlie as we were getting an early train. Never stayed anywhere so clean. Lady on the desk was lovely and we got some good use out of the pool too

Surrounded by 160 acres of rainforest, Seclude Rainforest Retreat offers peaceful accommodation with a private hot tub and a large balcony overlooking the valley. The place was beautiful and relaxing the spa was perfect bed was comfy the shower was massive being near the waterfall was amazing and the drive was beautiful

Situated in Proserpine in the Queensland region, Feng Shui Sugarcane Cabin features a balcony and garden views. Really welcoming, very clean and well fitted out. Welcomed our two small dogs, which was fantastic.
