Everything was perfect, the apartment is well equipped and modern, it is cleaned every day, you get clean towels every day and you have fresh coffee. The staff is very friendly, at the beginning you get a list of beaches that you can visit. The hotel is in a good location, taverns, markets and bakeries are all nearby. At the end of the stay, you receive a bottle of wine as a token of appreciation for staying in the hotel. A truly beautiful gesture. Thank you very much and we will be happy to come back again.

The hotel stands out among others in Nikiti: a beautiful brick wall facade with soft lighting. The room was spacious, exceptionally clean and felt luxurious. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily and the staff was overly nice as well!

Господиня неймовірна) дуже привітна Апартаменти класні, ліжко неймовірно зручне) вітальня була раєм для дітей) Кухня обладнана всім необхідним, не вистачало хіба мікрохвильовки та пральної машини Ванна гарна, але трохи не врахований момент із зливом води( Власний балкон з чудовим обіднім столом) Двір дуже гарний, обладнаний чудовим мангалом, є дуже красива бесідка , та зроблено все з душею для хорошого відпочинку) Паркування під соснами на задньому дворі в тіні дерев. Поруч невеликий супермаркет, до моря близько 1 км, машиною дуже зручно. Автомобіль можна залишити на стоянці( безкоштовно!)вздовж самого пляжу, який має близько 2 км. Дуже гарно, зручно, море- неймовірне просто) поруч кафешки, що пропонують за напої взяти в оренду лежаки, але більшість приходить з своїми парасольками

The apartment was fantastic, modern, very clean, great value and positioned perfectly for a two minute walk to the beach. The owner was fantastic helpful and went the extra mile to accomodate parking of two motorcycles for a week whilst we enjoyed our holiday. Me and my wife had a perfect week there, I wouldn't have changed a thing. Plenty to do in Nikiti, although we spent most of our time doing absolutely nothing on the beach and in the clear sea water. Highly recommended

The Kseynasa Suite is an amazing place. We spend a perfect 10 days there. The room is nice, super clean (as was cleaned every day) and having all you need in order to have a trouble free vacation. The owner and staff was there every minute in order to make our stay nice and pleasant. The place is located in a quiet place in 8-10 min walk from the beach and 15-20 mins walk from the city center (touristic city center). There are almost no neighbor houses around and the place is surrounded by gardens with olive trees. As place is located not close to the beach it is peacefully quite there (this is my preference). If you are lazy :) or not in the mood for a sea you can stay at the pool with the crystal clear water, sunbeds and sun umbrellas. Room have small kitchen with fridge, stove, cookware, nespresso machine and kettle - so you can have you morning coffee or tea and cook in case you prefer homemade food. As supermarket just in 3 minutes walk from the property it is super easy and affordable. The WiFi is dual band (2.4Hz + 5Hz) with the fast internet access. And as TV in room is brand new, it is super easy to cast Youtube or other media from you phone directly to the TV. I am very thankful to Xenia and to all personal for this exceptional stay. And I am definitely will recommend this place to all my friends if they decide to travel to Nikiti.

Big,clean apartman,have all you need in kitchen and bathroom. Beach is near,restaurants and all. Two private parking is big plus. They cleen rooms every day. Very kind girl on reception. All recommendations.

Unmissable stay in Nikiti, Alexandra was quick to reply to any questions we had throughout our stay and even gifted us olive oil and honey! The location is relaxing, quiet yet easily-reachable. We had breakfast on the porch every morning to a beautiful sea-view. Our only regret is only having stayed for 3 nights! If you’re hesitant to book the Twins Yard, I’d say definitely go ahead! We will be back! Thank you so much for the great hospitality ❤️
