Easy to communicate with owner, asked a number of questions before arrival including ferry timetable and owner took the time to research this and respond. Quick to respond too. Was very easy to find and arrived well before the check in time but they were able to get the room ready a hour before and also took our suitcases to store even earlier than that. Rooms very clean, nice and comfortable. Fridge stocked with water and a bottle of beer (nice touch), coffee machine and pods which were restocked each day. Able to use Netflix on the TV as well. Was very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if I came back to that area.

Titty and Sabrio were the most incredible hosts. They picked us up from train station and brought us back after our stay. The breakfast was substantial. Our room had jungle theme and the decor was nicely pulled together. We had a covered balcony off our room that we enjoyed sitting on. The property is convenient to restaurants, shopping and ferry- 10 minute walk.

I stayed 8 nights with my family in Villa Elena in Desenzano del Garda - it was no less than perfect!!! The host (dearest Sophia!) took care of us as if we were her closest family! She spoiled us with generous & super fresh breakfasts! She was always available for any question we had and also shared with us tons of information & suggestions! The rooms in her Villa are brand new!! (you could actually smell it! :) The design is so beautiful and modern. The location of the Villa is perfect - a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes walking from the lake! In short, if you intend to visit Desenzano del Garda - don't miss Villa Elena!!!

We spent five nights here and didn't want to leave, our flight got delayed on the way out so we were two hours behind, we contacted Valerio to let him know it was going to be after 10pm when we arrive and this was no problem at all to him, the apartment was fantastic, clean and well maintained, beds were comfortable and it has absolutely everything you need. Outside the apartment there is a square with benches and a water fountain in the middle, we would sit out on a night just winding down before bed, we will definitely be stopping again. We checked out in the morning but had a late flight back so didn't leave Desenzano until 4.30pm and as we were walking to the train station with all our cases Valerio pulled up beside us in his car and asked if we would like a lift, the rest of the way. Absolutely brilliant host, went above and beyond for us, excellent apartment and location 👍

We cannot speak highly enough about the reception that Alberto gave us. Everything was explained very clearly, and we even got a coffee on arrival. (Note, everything was in Italian, but Alberto is keen to use Google Translate.) The B&B has private and secure parking. We really felt at home at a nice Italian family house. The hosts procured a very nice and plentiful breakfast "a la carte" (fruit, toasts, homemade pancakes, good coffee, ...). The B&B also features a nice swimming pool and is located in a quiet neighborhood. There was fresh natural and sparkling water foreseen. The B&B is brand new and does not have many reviews yet, but we are SO glad we stayed here and got to meet Alberto and his family. Everything is very clean and well thought out. The bathroom is separate from the room, but private. Bed was excellent! If we visit Garda again, we will stay here for sure!

HOST! She’s amazing! Kindest and warm hearted, such a gem of this property! She has a professionalism as a host and always cares if her guests are feeling comfortable while they are staying. Also, the breakfast was insanely beautiful. There’re apple tart, coco pound cake which are handmade by the host, yoghurt with numerous flavors, coffee with different variations, juice, and also morning bread with Jam with variety of choices. Can’t be enough to give 10 out of 10.

Very clean. ideally placed surrounded by lovely restaurants and less then a minute walk from Lake Garda. Owners were brilliant help and met us at the property to show us around. walk in shower is huge!

The hosts provided a light breakfast and coffee. The coffee maker requires specific pods and the host was very kind to provide extra pods when we were not able to purchase more.

Riccardo was an amazing host: very friendly and always smiling. Flexible check-in and Check-out. The house was spotless and had all necessary amenities. Very centrally located near the lake. There is a ferry point close to the stay where we can get boats to go to sirmione or peschiera. There was ample availability of parking spaces inside. But the best of all was the host. He provided us a lot of info about attractions nearby and was available round the clock. We would be very happy to visit again!
