Very nice owner, she manages business more than 20 years and can help you with advices and really friendly support. Amazing place with garden, very clean and calm. If you really want to meet Khmer hospitality it's the best place!! The owner speaks very good English, do there are no problem if you need to know where to go, to order Tuktuk or bus. Excellent! The location is amazing, so close to the beach but set back in tranquil surroundings, so no noise. Watching the birds and the squirrel in the trees every day was lovely, and being able to eat mangoes straight off the tree was a treat! It's very peaceful and lots of wide open outdoor seating, under cover.

Kate's kindness : you arrive in your room and fresh muffins are waiting for you !! In the evening, delicious cookies were waiting for me again. She also helped us to book our bus. Kate is a free spirit with beautiful values.You'll truly feel at home here, it's so comfy, the place is charming. The room was so delicate and I slept so well here. I will come back for sure and stay more time here. Delicious breakfast. We already miss your cooking, thank you again for the grilled cheese and cookies, it was perfect for the trip !
