Overall, my family and I had a great experience at the Ralux House, the host Sr. Mário, his wife, and staff were incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. Although we didn't have breakfast most of the time, breakfast was always available. The rooms were wonderful, clean, and perfect for our stay in São Tomé. The location is superb, only 5 minutes walk to most tourist attractions in the city centre. My mother had a wonderful 79th birthday celebration. She loved the guesthouse and felt at home, and that was important. It is never easy to please a teenager and a 79 year old lady 😁, so I'm glad they were both happy. Thank you, Sr Mário and family, we will surely return! I recommend Ralux House to everyone visiting São Tomé!

Breakfast was good. Eggs, bread, fruit. Host is super accommodating and friendly. Place is clean, and close to the airport. Super if you are going to Principe., though a hit of a walk (maybe 45mins) from downtown sao tome.

Nilda, the host, was super kind and helpful and the place is a great value in a great location. It’s walking distance from anything you might need in the city & Nilda is very helpful in giving recommendations for where to go and what to do.
