Great area but need a vehicle or taxi for access to Sámara. Such a peaceful place to stay. It was nice to hear that this was also funding support for the tree regrowth.

You can watch all the colors of the dusk sky from an infinity pool on a mountain. It was clean, kitchen had great equipment, comfortable, quiet, with great wifi, hot showers and no bugs. The Swiss family that owns the property are very nice and hard working.

Both the site and the room were clean and pleasing to the eye. The rooms are also individually air conditioned. An out-door kitchen is maintained where guests take care of their own breakfasts and other meals. The pool (not chlorinated) is clean and deep. The site is relatively remote and very quiet, thus of course, we had a variety of bird life come and visit. The road to the guesthouse is surfaced but narrow and with steep grades typically found in the area. The site is close to Ocotal Beach and several other beaches.

I really enjoyed the quiet location and the nice walk to a very private beach. The pool was fantastic, but above all, what was incredible for me was that I was able to bring my dogs. They were free to roam on the property and on the quiet road outside. That was the cherry on top for me:)
