Well ‘off the beaten path’ for folks who need minimal creature comforts aside from a comfortable bed and beautiful surroundings. Well maintained bungalows raised up over the finca. Incredible and private outdoor showers. Delfa is not only amazing but incredibly patient if you have limited to no Spanish. She’s also an amazing chef who makes beautiful vegetarian dishes from scratch.

There is a restaurant next door but if you want to go to others it’s a close 10min drive. Look no further and stay here!

We had a very nice stay! The town is not so popular with tourists, so if you want to be with the locals this is the best place to be. They will arange a scooter for you. It is a good base to explore the Ometepe Island.. Totally safe and the owners are super nice. Delicious breakfast! 🌋🥰 Thank you!

Located in Altagracia, Hospedaje Bananas provides accommodation with seating area. Great quite location with full of green plantations and close to the beach. The owner is a very kind person and guided me with the things to do and plan my trip. His wife makes really good food and I had breakfast and dinner which was very homely, fresh and yummy. I would stay here again.

Set in Balgue, Lazy Crab Hostel has a garden and a terrace. The property is located 1.5 km from Maderas Volcano. The workers and especially the owner are really nice. They helpd us with everything we needed and the hostal has a great vibe. The Wifi was really good and I had no problems to work online
