You can play pool, swim in the pool or just lay in a hammock. Please do enjoy the family dinner, it's so good! We didn't understand how the rating of Dawn Homestay could be so high but now that we've experienced it we totally understand! We we're blown away with this and think everyone will have a beautiful stay here. Totally recommend and we hope to be back some day. Thank you so much Tu Tu and your family!

The building is so well looked after, and the room was spacious and clean and nicely decorated. The location is good - a quiet neighbourhood close to the waterfront and there are lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. The hostess is extremely nice and welcoming. I was very happy to spend a couple of nights at this homestay :)

We had a lovely stay here! Very good value for the money. The couple who run the place are super helpful and accommodating. They offer inexpensive rides to town, will pick up food in town for you and the provided breakfast in house is great.

(Caves guided tour, free bikes, motorcycle location) Breakfasts are good, Vietnamese coffees are excellent ! Pool is definitely a plus ! It started off really well—they picked us up at the bus station at 4am and checked us into the room so we could sleep. The room was comfortable and great value for money. The daughter of the host spoke English and her mom was ever-smiling!! They helped us arrange scooter rentals and made us a good breakfast each morning. We really liked that the daughter (sorry I’m not sure how to spell your name) always checks up on us to see how we enjoyed our day. When the air-con wasn’t working, she called the electrician and fixed it really quickly… thumbs up for that too. The homestay is in a quiet location by the river and we enjoyed having dinners at the Phong Nha Vegan Restaurant steps away. Overall, 100% recommended!!
