Positioned on 55 acres of land, the individually designed Daysy Hill Country Cottages are only a 1-minute drive from Port Campbell and the Great Ocean Road. We were traveling the Great Ocean Road and this was an ideal spot between Port Cambell and Apollo Bay. The setting at the cottages is lovely with beautiful scenery. We had a cottage with a small kitchen, so we were able to prepare a meal.

Tall Trees Eco Retreat býður upp á einkakáetur við jaðar regnskógarins, aðeins 11 km frá Apollo Bay. Káeturnar eru með svalir, grill og inni- og útiborðkrók. The property is amazing, super cosy with everything you could possibly need. All the kitchen equipment was great with tea, coffee, oil, salt etc provided, making meal prep super convenient. The property was spotless and the host provided great recommendations about the area, and even wildlife guides for the property. We got to see everything from alpacas, possums and king parrots to glow worms and kookaburras. There was bird seed provided so you get to see them up close!

What we liked the most was the welcoming committee we had each time we arrived back at the apartment, two beautiful friendly border collies.It was a great location with beautiful surroundings and views and lovely accommodating hosts. The apartment was clean, well appointed, quiet, relaxing and the perfect place to return to after a day of sightseeing. It was sad to leave and we will definitely be back

Split Point Cottages er í aðeins 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá Sunnymead-ströndinni og státar af heitum potti og tennisvelli. We loved the wood fire for that peaceful atmosphere and warmth, the tennis court was right next to our cottage, we had fun teaching our 4 year old how to play. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen facilities were good. The shower pressure and temperature was amazing. Something you don't get with modern showers anymore. There is a closed yard so we didn't have to worry about the kids wandering off.

The location and immediacy to nature were amazing. It was a very cool mix between camping and glamping that my partner and I enjoyed - we don’t do very hardcore camping, so this was a perfect balance. Also the hosts were incredible and communicative and were able to put the heater and heated blankets on early for us as we were arriving late in the evening - it made all the difference to arrive to a warm tent when it was a bit chilly out.
