Satta Lodge offers you a unique experience in the heart of the Caribbean jungle and 700m from Cocles beach. First of all I don't understand why some guests „criticize” the road here. You are in a jungle and consideration and respect should be given to animals, nature and people. We loved everything… The area, the bungalow and the really good breakfast (I highly recommend the french pancakes). Waking up to the different animal sounds was impressive. The staff was super friendly and every time very helpful. The rooms were also absolutely clean and comfortable with a fantastic view to the jungle. This place is a paradise - Please keep it like that! :) Thank so much for this beautiful experience. We’ll definitely come back (hopefully next year). PURA VIDA 🦥☀️

Mrs. Nadin is an amazing host and super sweet and very helpful. The cabin was ready and super clean. Very quiet location day and night. Wildlife everywhere...stayed 2 nights and saw way more here from porch then saw in the NP ..howler and capuchin monkeys at all times of the day huge iguanas agouti birds butterflies crabs so much to see it was incredible..was the highlight of our trip of 20 days so far .. if you are visiting for wildlife THIS IS DEFINITELY FOR YOU!! DONT HESITATE it was amazing. It's a wooden simple private cabin with a comfy hammoc Cahuita NP next door and in centre of town There is a kitchenette you can access fully stocked ...the fans in room are good enough to keep you cool as well as the bug netting around beds was nice

Playa Negra Guesthouse is located in Cahuita, right in front of the beach. All units feature a seating area. Some units have a terrace and/or balcony with pool or garden views. The place is full of animals. In their garden you can see sloths, parrots, toucans, frogs, iguanas,even kinkajou. Pierre, the host was so nice and teached us how to find animals

Situated 5 km awayfrom Cahuita in the Limon Region and 18 km from Puerto Viejo, Passion Fruit Lodge boasts an outdoor pool and views of the tropical garden. Cocles is 20 km from the property. We had a blast! Very received a very friendly welcome by the manager. The breakfast ($10 per person) was delicious and included toast, fresh juice, rice, eggs, pancake, coffee, fresh fruit, etc. This place is a gem. Thanks for having us!

Playa Grande Lodge & Tree House offers pet-friendly accommodation in Cahuita. Puerto Viejo is 16 km from the property. Free WiFi is available throughout. It was clean and well kept. The owners went out of their way to assure I was taken care of.
