Was just what we needed. Very clean and big rooms. Great location and wow what a gorgeous little town overall. It was a little noisy at night but we stayed in a pub so totally expected that. Still had a great night sleep. Staff were very friendly. I'd stay again for sure.

Location was good with one pub and one restaurant at walking distance from the property. Yard was good for the dog to run and stretch his legs in the night. Since not an enclosed yard its better to keep them on leash at all times. Rooms are clean and comfortable with air conditioning and if you pay $29.00 extra you will get a microwave for heating your food if you need, during your stay. Our room came with an unwanted guest :) (something like a google home or alexa with a mic) which we are not that fond of, however, if you like technology so much then you will enjoy your interactions with that guest. Host was very hospitable and made sure that we had all the supplies we needed for our stay. Hunter Valley Gardens is an hour drive from the property and the river walk near to the property is only a two minute walk from the property to see a river from top. Overall, this is a nice place to stay if you are looking for a calm and relaxing stay away from the crowd with modern facilities including a TV with Netflix and Youtube to watch.
