Rooms are modern, comfortable and cozy. We booked a room overlooking the runway, such an experience for aviation enthusiasts! We could also check in early for no extra cost. Restaurant was also great, staff very polite.

Very helpful staff although they seemed a bit thin on the ground!

We were only staying overnight en route to another destination so didn't spend any time in the town itself, but the parking was poor and it was very noisy after the pubs turned out. 1 am and a very noisy crowd singing and shouting outside. But it's an army town, not a holiday destination.
Although original booking was in potters hotel it was changed to lakeside hotel. There was a slight error as I had booked 2 King Rooms and was given Queen rooms. This was soon rectified and waking up in the morning to a beautiful view of the lake which was enhanced by a lovely sunrise. The breakfast was excellent very good choice including full English breakfast. They also accommodated my dietary requirements very well. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
Was local to where we needed to be, nice it was close to Aldershot Town centre.
Parking was available.
A good size for 2 adults.
Check in abd check out was easy.
Communication wad quick, easy and helpful.
We both found the bed comfortable as we pushed the two singles together.
Was enough cutlery and crockery,
Was nice that there was a few tea bags, sugar and little milks available when we arrived, Was a nice gesture.
Was a lovely plesant place to stay the staff were great checking the rooms before letting us head up even though they were clearly short staffed due or covid. The room was clean and tidy and a good size with 2 ddouble beds. Then we were invited or use the bar for the evening and shown to the rustic style tavern inside the hotel. It was like stepping back in time. Very quaint. Oak beams loads of brass on the walls etc.
Not an overly bad stay, just a bit misleading from pics and noisy guests could make it difficult to sleep well. Enough on street parking. Was close to aldershot raceway so good location for us. Free wifi and netflix and good size tv was a plus.
A very comfortable, home from home apartment with parking space. Great location. Very helpful and approachable hosts. Will definitely recommend to friends and family and hopefully stay there again ourselves next time we're in Aldershot.
Excellent little flat, close to Aldershot town centre perfect for short stays or business. Host is always quick to respond to messages. Highly recommended.
