People. The owner is absolutely lovely. It is a family run business. So you get a fantastic treatment. I was a solo traveller female. Was a bit worried as bolton seems very quite and silent. Had an interview to attend. I feel I made connections for life with them. Took care of me. Felt very safe with them. The room was very comfortable. Feels like living in someone's home rather than a hotel. Maybe can provide a full length mirror in the room. Clean and neat. Thank you Mohammed and family for taking care of me and making bolton memorable for me.

The spa and pool were good although there was limited access mentioned but not enforced. I was on the 2nd floor and there was no lift. Breakfast was good.
I was given an upgrade from single to double. Stayed two nights. Joan was very helpful and friendly, and onsite if you needed anything. Room was fitted with small kitchen area, with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Also very kindly left a carton of milk.
Alwys stay here when up visiting family so a handy place to stay.
