Check in was with a warm and friendly manner; bar staff very attentive. Evening meal was beautiful again with attentive staff. Or room was amazing, lovely and clean with great facilities. Breakfast was also great food with attentive staff. We would definitely go back but extend our stay.

Great breakfast and Dinner. Lovely staff who were very professional and attentive. The room was spacious and well equipped. The Pub was busy and welcoming with several nooks and crannies to explore. Unusually there is a room kept for the exclusive use of hotel guests, which is a nice idea for when the pub may be noisier than it was for our visit.

The Feathers is very convenient for anyone touring on the National Cycle Route 1 in North Norfolk. My teenage grandson and I had connecting rooms with a shared bathroom which served us very well. Nice meals and helpful staff.

Cannot respond to a criss, takes no responsiblility for poor servcie. Our room no.11 unused on leaving at 9.00 p.m. spent less than 3 hours in the room therefore: no breakfast no privacy you charged us £140.00 our disabled son could not use his room 2 at all and was forced to sit on a bench in our room 11- thus decreasing the amenity of that room also.

Hotel is very nice but could do with a total refurbishment. The food and menu were good and the bar area very good. The staff were very good and friendly, nothing was too much trouble and went above and beyond.

We walked round Great Bircham and found a very pretty spot...
We walked round Great Bircham and found a very pretty spot with benches round a duck pond. There is also a shop / cafe in the village. We traveled out to Brancaster and enjoyed some time at the staithe watching people boating. Here you can buy fresh shell fish and enjoy an ice cream.SallyUnited Kingdom - 8.0Scored 8.0

It's just a pretty little village - nothing there apart from the hotel and a good shop. It's a good base for touring the locality. The windmill was a disappointment - kids may enjoy it, but not much interest for 2 adults.DavidUnited Kingdom

We had arrived for a wedding nearby so she checked us all in and whilst we were at the wedding made sure that all our suitcases had been allocated to each of the x6 rooms. Such a great help. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were really pleasant . A very comfortable hotel with beautiful outdoor seating and a gorgeous garden area. 10 of us dined at the hotel too and the food was outstanding. The bath plug did not fit. 2. Humming from an external central heating engine. (This was dealt with). 3. We are both vegetarians and the menu was definitely for meat eaters. This was noted by the hotel. The hotel staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful whilst the cleanliness of the building was outstanding.
