We stayed 2 nights here with my brother. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bus connection to city center is very good you have options 26 directly across the street but with less frequency , 13 6 minutes walk from hotel with more frequent. The room was equipped with all we need in the short stay. Breakfast was okay, typical Italian breakfast: croissants, bread types, hams, cheese and jams.

Everything went very well. Spacious, spotlessly clean and comfortable room where everything worked plus there was tea, coffee and milk in the room. All staff very helpful and friendly. Location just right for the Arena.

Brilliant location, just off main Piazza. 5 mins in a taxi from Porta Nuova station. Everything within walking distance. The room was a good size with a massive bed. 2 balconies. Large bathroom with good shower. Minibar limited. Check in very easy and info about local sightseeing provided. Breakfast was good with lots of choice, but you have to ask for coffee. Would happily stay there again.
