We arrived very late art the airport about 1.30am and our host picked us up for a small fee which was great. The apartment was a good size, the bed comfortable, good shower and breakfast supplied.

Please note, it is an apartment in a block and is not a hotel but it is well organised and was excellent value for money.
Location for the airport was excellent
Never saw the owner but we corresponded via email/text and that was easy.
There was a parking space outside if required.

The self check-in was very complicated.The room had its own bathroom and balcony but share a corridor with a fridge with another 2 rooms.We received the wrong room.We booked a room with a double bed and a sofa and received a room with only a double bed.We asked the manager to book us for 6 AM shuttle for the airport and we were waiting in front of the building for more than 20 min and when the shuttle didn’t show up we just stopped a car and bagged fora ride to the airport that cost us 50 euros.We chose this lodging mainly for the reason it was listed with a shuttle to the airport.We wouldn’t recommend this place but if you’ll choose we wish you good luck.mandruleanu - 2.0Scored 2.0

The accommodation is a bedroom and bathroom in a 10 story apartment block and is not a standard B&B. Locating the place is a nightmare and the photo of Bari Palese does not in any way reflect what the building actually is. Also the photos of our room showed a sofa, storage space, table and chairs etc. This is not the room we ended up in. I would strongly suggest that you reclassify this accommodation as it's very misleading. Also the owner tried to pressurize me into giving a rating of 10 on your website. I can not believe that you have given a rating of 8.3 and 3***. On reading other reviews, numerous people have complained and some have been locked out and other guests are victims of double bookings We also had some angry exchanges with the owner by telephone when trying to locate the accommodation. He did not want to entertain us in conversation and referred us to Google Maps. Basically saying to us He had our money and could not give a damn whether we found it or not. It was a stressful experience and you, Booking.com are partly responsible for that

It was right next to the airport so if you have a flight in...
It was right next to the airport so if you have a flight in the morning it is perfect. There is a pizza shop just down the street. Also a very excellent price for what you get. The host was awesome and kept in contact with us. He even gave us a free ride due to check in misunderstanding on my part. Then he offers a really cheap ride to the airport is was a perfect place to stay. Great value and great service.

We did not receive instructions or the video due to lack of internet when we arrived at the airport. Also the house cleaner helped us to call a taxi and the taxi said 3 minutes. We waited at least 10 and no taxi. We then walked to the big hotel down the street ( never seeing a taxi coming our way) and made arrangements for their shuttle to take us back to the airport.SandraUnited States

The owner is very friendly and helpful with the apartemant and the surroundings. The apartemant is clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants and a shop and a bakery in walk distance. The train station is not far and it takes only 1,10EUR to go Bari centrum.
