It was only a quick stop, so I didn't actually take advantage of any facilities.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They let me store my bike in their store room a couple of days prior to my stay. The location suited me as I rode my bike from the hotel to Sur. Again, staff were very nice and encouraging at 04:30 am and gave me a bag of ice for my journey - thank you 😊

We loved our experience staying at the Crowne Plaza. The staff were amazing & went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious. The swimming pool was divine. We appreciated that the hotel offered complimentary shuttle services to main attractions in Muscat. The location was perfect and had beautiful views from the cliffttop.
