Quiet, parking in the back, friendly people. One of the best hotel breakfast buffets we had on our southwest US tour, pleasantly next to the pool. There were all kinds of stains and some purely smeared disgusting stuff that you don't want to know what it was. Simply repulsive. Even the ceilings were dirty. The window was almost impossible to close. The air conditioner in the room smelled disgustingly of urine. The breakfast was no joke it was an impertinence, an imposition. Only packaged stuff. Ew.

The house has a nice living room and a good sized dinging area with a functional kitchen with good decorations. We were close to restaurants and grocery stores. We wanted to avoid downtown LA and be somewhere nicer and since we had our car, it was easy and quick to reach places to eat, mall, attractions.
