The breakfast was adequate but I think you should not use plastic cutlery and cups and use reusable ones instead. Single use plastic is being phased out at most hospitality establishments and developed parts of the world and it is a pity that Holiday Inn is behind in this regard. Plastic does harm the environment and it is not necessary as there are better alternatives (stainless steel or bamboo if it is too much trouble to wash the stainless steel).

Doris (breakfast staff) was amazing every morning of our stay! I also think you all have the best suites/rooms! The size, decor and amenities are the best! Our favorite is the small loveseat in our room. Beds are always comfortable.
