Beautiful hotel, completely renovated (don't look at photos and reviews from a few years ago). Now it is really stylish in the hall, while the rooms are really large, very comfortable bed, nice bathroom with large shower. Just 10 minutes from the Raleigh airport.
All the staff are young, very courteous and helpful.
Clean gym with everything you need.
Fair quality/price ratio, if it is under $160 (max $170) per night including taxes.
I had 2 dinners at the restaurant next door (Tony Roma's) which is very worth it!!! Very good food and drinks, super staff.
I will definitely return if I ever pass through this area.

Very comfortable beds. Good location. Nice kitchen.
The hotel had a lot of possibilities. Charged $15 for taxes originally said it included breakfast continental breakfast when we got there. They said that was nine dollars extra. Believe me nine dollars for a cold breakfast that you get it. Most hotels for free is not worth it. The carpeting throughout the hotel needs to be replaced. The toilets are not handicapped size which made it very difficult for someone that’s had knee replacement to use them.

I rented a 2 bedroom house.
I rented a 2 bedroom house. When I when to the door the code did not work went back to car. Looking for email with this information, found email an hour prior to arrival time stating we might have another guest they rented the other room and hot tub was not working. Such a bad neighborhood I will not get out of the car again, we never went inside or stayed here. One of the room was rented to someone else. I would never allow my daughter to stay in house with stranger, reached out to person in charge she stated she could not cancel reservation for me it would look bad on her and that I need to. She also offered another location 2 miles away for an upcharge, of course I declined. I should have gotten a report for local sex offenders in the area, not sure but I believe several neighbors were drug dealer, saw a working girl standing on a corner. They request all dishes be put in dishwasher and turned on, strip all beds of linen, bathroom of towels and clean up after yourself what is $60 cleaning fee for if I'm am the houskeeper. Parking was on the street which was on outlet. When I dove Dow the street I could barely weave between the cars to get to the location, not enough parking for two car. In the event of emergency non was getting in or out quickly. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM THE BEGINNG, I was able to find a very nice hotel in a good area, lots of easy access parking for both of cars, no housekeeping duties required and an amazing breafkast for around the same price. Will never good a room RDU EXPRRSS or use booking.com again.

We have stayed here before with no complaints.
We have stayed here before with no complaints. Breakfast provided hot options as well as cereal, pastries etc. Room was clean, staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is located in a convenient location to main highways. Restaurants, shopping etc. will stay here again if in the area.
Very good breakfast buffet options, convenient location, close to the airport and RTP office buildings, helpful and smiling staff, great lobby bar area to hang out with friends/colleagues.
I must admit that my experience at the hotel this time has been much better, compared to my January stay. Kudos to the hotel manager and his team for not only reviewing but also acting on guest feedback.
Overall, I'd recommend staying at this hotel when visiting the Research Triangle area.
Large, modern rooms in a relatively new hotel on the outer edge of Downtown Durham. Very clean rooms with comfortable beds and very good facilities. Good breakfast buffet and very friendly staff. Free parking. Downtown Durham with restaurants is only 10min walk from the hotel. Also, the American Tobacco campus is less than 10min walk and definitively worth a visit during day and night (awesome light installations!). Highly recommend this hotel.
I enjoyed my stay at this Hampton Inn very much. First of all, it is a brand new hotel, and everything is sparkling clean. I appreciated that cleaning wipes are provided for free by the elevators, as an extra touch. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious, with everything the modern traveler could need.
Basically, we had a bad experience from beginning to end for starters spring Hill suites and booking.com both charges so we paid double for this day. The person at the front desk could not help us at all, and we sat online with Booking.com for at least an hour at the front desk finally gave in and had to pay for what was a really, really poor hotel.
New construction it appeared. Very clean and organized. The pool was small but nice and even had pool toys which is super rare for hotel pools. The conveniences of home were so nice. Super nice breakfast and plenty of space to eat and catch up on emails or chat with family. Shower was awesome- never had amazing water pressure in hotel shower.
Everything at University Inn Duke was nice, it was just a bit pricey for the basic look of the lobby and rooms. I also think that I stayed during a busy period at Duke where most hotel rooms were booked in the area at much higher nightly rates, so in comparison this was a good deal. The beds were very comfortable.
Great location as it is close to the airport, beautiful hotel with a charming feel to it. There was a convention going on during my stay, so it was a bit noisy and hectic. Aside from that, we enjoyed it! also the daily fresh cookies they have at the reception are simply the best.
I travel often for work and I've stayed in this hotel before, definitely making this hotel my go-to hotel when in Durham. Clean room, comfy beds, plenty of tv channels, a surprisingly satisfying free breakfast that is fresh hot and filling.
Very comfortable rooms, quiet and with plenty of space. All looking new and in good shape. Having kitchen amenities is very convenient, especially the fridge. Location was very convenient, close to Duke university and to downtown Durham.
The hotel experience was great from start to finish!!!! The front desk help was very helpful and friendly. Made sure that we were happy with our accommodations. The breakfast was great and the staff was amazing!!!!
The hotel was in close proximity to a variety of restaurants and a strip mall. I also liked that it was only 20 minutes at minimum to places in and around Durham. The breakfast provided had great selections.
I have stayed at the hotel on previous trips to Durham.
I like it's location, especially if I am traveling by train.
The room (as always) are clean . Love the freshly ironed linens and fluffy bath towels
