We stayed in the king suite, the bathroom was huge and the room was pretty roomy. Couch that turns into a bed. The beds & pillows were very comfortable and it was very clean! Anything I needed they were there to help. Pool & hot tub was great as well!

New accommodation with very spacious rooms with all amenities. The staff is doing a great job to make you feel comfortable. We went for a ski vacation to Boyne Mountain resort and it was a very good location about 25 min away. The outside hot tub was amazing after the day on the slopes. Breakfast was plentiful even if you arrived after 9.30.

The place looks older but it was a pleasant stay the house keepers took care of us. Bobby at the front desk is hard working an very polite and professional it's quiet and the location is great dollar general is 2/10 of a mile away an also 2 dispensaries which are very affordable so that was a huge plus for location.

Stayed at the Americas Best Inn.
Stayed at the Americas Best Inn. Booked a king room and wound up with two queens. The beds were way too hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were worse. I would not recommend this facility based on our one experience.

We stayed in Gaylord, so that we could go to Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark. It was super easy to get to our destination from Gaylord and there are a lot of restaurants around as well as grocery stores.

Nice area to spend a few days.
Nice area to spend a few days. Close to Lake Michigan towns and lots to do in the area especially outdoors! Good food choices nearby and in town. Mary's Stein Haus has delicious German food and their staff was wonderful! Huge portions!

Gaylord is the great outdoors all in one, all year long.
Gaylord is the great outdoors all in one, all year long. Anything you want to do outside, you got it. Hiking, fishing, hunting, ice fishing, skiing, snowmobiles, mudding your truck. Alpine Chocolate Haus is excellent little shop for sweets while you're here.
I thought I seen most of Gaylord, wrong.
The view is worth the stay. Never in my dreams could I have expected how nice of a place I have drove by a100 times.
What a hidden gem. The only flaw I saw was that they need new sidewalks. But I understand the new owners had there hands full restoring this place. Baby steps, I will never stay anywhere else when I need a room. Thanks.
A new hotel is always nicer than that "used" look. Nice to be able to park right near the door. Although I-75 runs right by the hotel, since my room was on the side away from the expressway, I didn't notice much noise. The roll-down blackout blind on the window was super-- blocked out all light. Comfy bed. Great shower, fluffy towels. And the oatmeal was delicious :-)
The breakfast selection was great! The location of the hotel is perfect for shopping, restaurants and local travel.
Our room was immaculate - we were very pleased. Our interaction with hotel staff was amazing. They were so willing to help us with anything and very courteous. Thank you!!
Spacious room, 2 queen beds. Nice bathroom. The breakfast is OK. This hotel has a lot of potential. It is run down, but the rooms are large and comfy. With some renovation, it can become the best hotel around. It was quite at night too. There is a pool as well. Spacious parking.
There was an available bed. The hotel was nice, it was clean and well apportioned. This is the first time I have stayed in a hotel that had space for hearing impaired. That was a VERY nice feature and made me feel a little more secure.
off the beaten path. far from the madding crowd at the hub of the Walmart side of the expressway. priced high enough that the hotel doesn’t appear to have long term tenants living there on state or federal vouchers. yet.
This hotel is close to many restaurants and stores. The breakfast was really good, and the man serving in it kept it very clean and stocked. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Good value for sure!
Breakfast was very good - great oatmeal - maybe a few more yogurt choices.
Hotel itself very nice and modern - simple not overwhelming. Free coffee in lobby great.
